Toning Up Exercise

Hello Guys....

I am back again to blog about on toning up as you are fully aware that I am having this craze for the 'toned' look.

Now apart from the cardiovascular exercises i.e jogging and swimming three times a week, I top it up with doing various toning exercises targetted at different areas. I discipline myself to do it almost everyday, perhaps just taking an off for one day.

 

Triceps

As for the link provided for the glutes and abdominal and oblique exercises, it has been demonstrated by this gorgeous lady, Liz Artur. Pls do check out her youtube videos as its amazing and covers from makeup to hair care to exercises to diets and many much more. She is really an inspiration expecially to me and I love her videos.

These exercises are very simple to do from home or office or anywhere as you dont require any equipments for it, just a chair for the arm exercise.
