Beyonce's 12 minute workout

I bought the latest edition of the women's weekly magazine from a nearby 7/11 minimart few days back. I don't really religiously read the magazines but I do buy them once in awhile to stay updated and for self entertainment. Furthermore you do get couple of great tips related to fashion or makeup.

In this edition however, it really amazed me cos there was so much of information and I was glued to the magazine the entire time instead of just flipping the pages.

 

One of them would be this cool article on Beyonce's 12 minute workout. Check this out as it's really useful when you are short on time and a great way to get rid of jiggles.

 

  • Minute 1: Basic Crunches
  • Minute 2: Bicycle Crunches
  • Minute 3: Rest
  • Minute 4: Left Twists
  • Minute 5: Right Twists
  • Minute 6: Rest
  • Minute 7: Planks
  • Minute 8: Rest
  • Minute 9: Planks
  • Minute 10: Rest
  • Minutes 11 and 12: Captain's Chair

 

Apart from this short workout, Beyonce avoids red meat, bread and alcohol.She eats plenty of vegetables each day and describes her overall diet as low fat, low carb, and low calorie.
